Delivery

EMORE offers international delivery. Available delivery options, estimated delivery times, and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

EMORE offers free delivery on all orders unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.

Delivery Time

Where next-day delivery is available, we aim to deliver your order by the next day. For international orders or selected destinations, delivery timing may vary depending on location, courier availability, customs processing, and checkout options. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timing shown at checkout, please contact EMORE Customer Care.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns

Returns are typically accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to approval and verification.

To be eligible for return approval, the item must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in its original condition. Packaging, tags, labels, dust bags, boxes, and any included accessories should be returned with the item. Returns are subject to inspection and approval by EMORE.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted if the item has not been opened or used, subject to verification and approval. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

Return Delivery

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless stated otherwise by EMORE Customer Care.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit. Store credit may be used for future purchases on EMORE.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Items may not be eligible for return or exchange if they are used, opened where applicable, damaged after delivery, missing packaging, missing accessories, marked, stained, altered, or not approved after verification.
