General Care

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, and moisture.
• Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, oils, sanitiser, alcohol, ink, and dark-coloured materials that may transfer colour.
• Do not overfill bags, pouches, or small leather goods, as this may affect their shape and structure.
• When not in use, store your item in a cool, dry place.
• If your item includes a dust bag or protective packaging, use it for storage.

Leather & Leather-Finished Items

Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth after use. Avoid harsh cleaners, wet wipes, alcohol, or household cleaning products. If your item becomes wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Do not use direct heat.

Denim & Fabric Items

Denim and fabric pieces may naturally soften over time with use. Avoid rubbing against light-coloured clothing or surfaces, as colour transfer may occur. Keep denim items away from excessive moisture and prolonged sunlight.

Hardware

Metal hardware may develop small surface marks over time through normal use. Avoid contact with water, perfume, sanitiser, and chemicals to help preserve the finish.

Storage

Store your item upright where possible. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of your bag or accessory. Keep straps and handles in a natural position to avoid unnecessary creasing.
